Home energy assessments
are conducted by a certified energy advisor to help identify just
how efficient or inefficient your home is and where we can make improvements
to improve your home's overall efficiency.
The assessment itself consists of a series of tests to
locate and pinpoint the following:
Air leaks in the attic, ceiling,
exterior walls, windows & doors
Missing or insufficient insulation
Building envelope integrity
Leaking duct work
Any unsafe gas leaks from your
combustible appliances
Ventilation check and sizing
Under home and crawlspace performance

Energy Upgrade California
now offers homeowners up to $8000 in rebates and
incentives for home energy improvements. Increasing your
home’s energy efficiency can improve your home’s comfort
and reduce your energy costs reduce your impact on the
environment.
Did you know that almost
half of your home heating and air conditioning could be
lost through your walls, ceiling and floors? All
Home Comfort can help determine the extent of energy
loss in your home through lack of insulation, leaky
windows, doors or air ducts, inefficient heating and air
conditioning units and old lighting fixtures—and what
you can do to fix them. We will also help you apply for
all incentives and rebates you’re eligible for.
All Home Comfort
has developed a “whole house” solution to energy use,
which looks at an entire home as a single system. For
example, if your house is hot and stuffy and you think
you need a new air conditioner, you can seal and
insulate your house first to keep the heat out and the
cool in. You’ll save on energy used by your air
conditioning and you might even find you don’t need a
new unit—or a smaller new unit than you thought.
Through an energy
assessment conducted by All Home Comfort, homeowners
develop an action plan, which describes each step of the
improvements needed to ensure that their home functions
as an efficient energy system. As you plan each step,
you can be comfortable that all work meets the
energy-efficiency and safety standards of Energy Upgrade
California’s rigorous quality assurance program.
